Yes I know...

I am a terrible blogger! I'm so terrible that i sometimes wonder why i even have a blogspot still. Anyway, It's been a while... nothing to crazy going on. Chris and I have gone on a few vacations this summer (rocky pointe and Utah) and had a ton of fun. Chris turned 25 yrs. old while we were up in Utah on the fifth of july. So Chris is extremely allergic to cats, and his cousins up in utah have a few of them, and we spent the entire day at there house on his b-day. So Chris spent the whole entire day on there porch by himself. I came out every now and then to keep him company though. Anyway here's a few pics from our summer.

Hey everyone! Chris and i just got our first Christmas present from my dad and guess what it is... a USB broadband device!!! It is so quick and i love it, thanks Dad. So now i will hopefully be able to blog more often. In the mean time, here our a few things i didn't get to blog in the last few months.

Blake has now been in the Manchester, England mission for almost 2 months. It seems longer:( Fortunately, Blake writes and e-mails the family as much as he can. He seems to be doing great. His letters are so fun to read. We love you Blake!!!!

So yesterday i was able to meet up with some of my good friends for lunch. It was just like the good ol' days. I wish all my friends lived closer. That includes Jessica, karla, and Shalynna. Kelly just moved back to Mesa and I am so excited to have her back. I'm so fortunate to have such great friends..

So here are a few random before pictures of our house. We are so excited!!!

CHRIS TURNS 24!!!!

Chris had his 24th birthday this weekend! For his birthday i thought i would go all out and take him on a Lake Powell trip, ... WITH MY WHOLE LARSON FAMILY!!! We had such a fun time there. Also for those who are wondering what in the world to get Christopher for a b-lated birthday present. You can make it easy on yourself and Buy him a hope depot gift card : ) We just bought a new house a few weeks ago and Chris has been spending his free time working on the house. Isn't he great!

Here is a few highlights from our summer!

Chris and I have had a busy but fun summer. We went to Rocky Point a couple weekends ago with 3 other couples and had a fun weekend at our our the Martins condo. Then last week we got to go to Hawaii! It was my first time and it was so much fun. We went with Chris's whole family and his parents provided so many fun things for us. We went snorkeling, kayaking, zip lining, boating tour of the Na-Pauli coast, went to Pearl Harbor,attended a Luau, cliff jumping, and more. Thank You Neil and Denise!

So Blake graduated this week from Mountain View HIgh School. Through out the program it was raining and in the low fifties. Two days earlier we hit 109 degrees in Mesa. Crazy weather. Anyway, while we were sitting there in the freezing cold bleachers, I realized I was at Chris high school graduation! Chris and my sister graduated the same year so little did i know or care at the time, that i was at my future husbands high school graduation.
Blake got His mission call a couple weeks ago to Manchestor, England! He reports on Aug. 29th, which is the day after my birthday.

CELESTE'S FIRST BLOG UPDATE!!!

and probably my last... Well tonight i was enjoying the internet connection from our apartment that before this week we had never had in our almost 6 months living here, and i read through my blog comments for the first time. Then i got in the mood to update my blog for the first time. As i was looking for pictures of recent events to post i noticed how very few i had! I have been terrible at using my camera. So from now on i'm going to take my camera w/ me more often and actually use it from time to time. Also, with this great internet connection that we have now, it will be much more convinent to keep up with my blog...
